  • All donations made to EEF are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Donations are used to support our mental health programs, services, awareness campaigns, and operational costs.
  • EEF does not accept donations for personal benefits or commercial endorsements.

  • Online payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.)
  • Bank transfers
  • Cheques and demand drafts
  • Cash donations (only at authorized locations with receipt provided)

4. Donation Receipts

  • A digital or physical receipt will be issued for every successful donation.
  • Donors are responsible for providing correct details for receipt issuance.
  • If a receipt is not received within 7 days, donors should contact us at support@eeftrust.org.

5. Refund Policy

  • Donations made to EEF are non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction, with supporting proof.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days.

6. Donor Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Donor information is kept confidential and will not be shared, sold, or traded.
  • We may use donor contact details to provide updates on our work, but donors can opt out at any time.

7. Tax Exemption & Compliance

  • EEF is a registered non-profit organization in India.
  • Donations may qualify for tax exemptions under applicable laws (e.g., Section 80G of the Income Tax Act).
  • Donors seeking tax benefits must provide PAN details and request an 80G certificate where applicable.

8. Use of Donations

  • All donations are used to fund mental health initiatives, including counseling, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
  • EEF ensures that funds are utilized effectively and ethically.
  • Annual financial reports will be made available for transparency.

9. Changes to Donation Policy
