- A digital or physical receipt will be issued for every successful donation.
- Donors are responsible for providing correct details for receipt issuance.
- If a receipt is not received within 7 days, donors should contact us at support@eeftrust.org.
5. Refund Policy
- Donations made to EEF are non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction, with supporting proof.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days.
